Focus: Feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes are on demand or individual schedule.

Activities: Short, frequent periods of Tummy Time, sensory exploration, singing, rocking, and one-on-one attention.

Rhythm: Cycles of Wake-Eat-Play-Sleep.Infant (Ages 6 Weeks - 18 Months)
